Randy Pardell MD DFAPA Director

Randy-Pardell4x5WEB1122-240x300Randy Ian Pardell, MD, DFAPA established Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC and the TMS Center of the Hudson Valley with the goal of providing the most innovative and scientifically based psychiatric care to patients in the Hudson Valley.

Dr. Pardell is a board-certified Psychiatrist and Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is an honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa), and the New York University School of Medicine (Alpha Omega Alpha). Dr. Pardell was Chief Resident at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, NY and a post-doctoral fellow at Columbia University School of Medicine. He completed, with distinction, the Neuroscience Educational Institute Master Pharmacology Program, the Harvard Medical School Berenson-Allen Brain Stimulation Center Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Pardell is a national leader in TMS therapy and has been voted Officer at Large and is on the Board of Directors of the Clinical TMS Society.  Dr. Pardell is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. A highly regarded national lecturer, Dr. Pardell has educated physicians and mental health professionals on the latest breakthroughs and treatments for psychiatric disorders. Since 2010, Dr. Pardell had been voted a Top Doctor by Castle-Connolly/US News and World Report. He is a recipient of the Patient Choice Award and chosen for Compassionate Doctor Recognition.

Kenneth W. Wilson MD DFAPA

Dr. Wilson is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his medical degree from New York Medical College where he holds the position of Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Wilson completed his psychiatric residency training at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center where he was appointed Chief Resident and went on to complete a fellowship in Public Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center. He has lead the Emergency Services and Consultation and Liaison Services at a number of medical centers in New York City including St. Vincent’s Hospital. Prior to joining Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC, Dr. Wilson was the Director of the Department of Psychiatry at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, a division of Health Quest Medical Practice. Dr. Wilson has a special interest in the interaction between physical health and psychiatric illness, including psychosomatic medicine. Dr. Wilson is the Past President of the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Society and active as a Legislative Representative to the American Psychiatric Association. Terri Coonrad-Hershkowitz NP-P

Terri Hershkowitz's photoMs. Hershkowitz has been immersed in mental health nursing for over 25 years. She was employed on the inpatient mental health units at Benedictine Hospital and then at St. Francis Hospital. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at the State University of New York at New Paltz, and then received her Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from the Russell Sage College in Troy, New York.

Ellyn Enisman CEC, LCSW-R

Ellyn Enisman is a Licensed Master of Social Work and a Certified Career Coach.

She brings to her practice advanced training and experience in counseling and over 20 years of corporate and individual coaching experience. She has held both leadership and management positions in industry as well.

Ellyn partners with clients in a collaborative process to support them through life and career transitions and help them develop fulfilling personal and work relationships. Through counseling, she works proactively to help clients move forward through a process of self discovery that can reduce emotional suffering and create positive change.

Virginia Coleman LCSW-R

photo of Virginia Coleman CSW-RGinny Coleman is a gifted psychotherapist with more than 35 years of experience, treating people of all ages, working with individuals, couples and groups. She has been a senior supervising clinician with Ulster County Mental Health and maintained a private psychotherapy practice. Ginny is a compassionate grief counselor, adept and comfortable helping patients through difficult life losses, through transitions or reaching out to engage with those in an acute psychiatric crisis, helping them find “their way back”. Her approach is warm and understanding but clear and firm, helping individuals recognize their weaknesses, which can be changed and overcome, and their strengths, which are to be recognized and appreciated . She is guided by respect for the individual and a strong belief that “we are each the ultimate expert in who and what we are”. She is dedicated to helping each person find dignity and a sense of worth.

Alexandra Lindardakis RN, BCN

for bio @ rpmAlexandra graduated with a BA in Anthropology from the State University of NY at New Paltz and a BS in Nursing Science from the State University of NY at Ulster. She worked at the Stone Mountain Counseling Center for more than 10 years as a biofeedback clinician. Alexandra has been working at the Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley on the acute mental health units as a RN for more than 3 years. Some of her personal interests are dance, adventure and discovery in the natural world, mask-making and growing flowers. Professionally, Alexandra is constantly inspired to study and do research into the relationship, the content of the story, between the environment and our immune and nervous systems. She has given talks, poster-board presentations and demonstrations on her work with the pEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic field) device, Neurofield and biofeedback. Alexandra is board certified in neurofeedback (BCN) and attends annual trainings and conferences in the field.

Emma Arnoff LCSW

Emma Arnoff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has spent the last ten years working  with children and families in schools, residential treatment centers, and the foster care system.  Emma utilizes a strength based, person centered approach when working with adults and children. The goal in this work is to help clients identify strengths within themselves and develop ways to live productive and confident lives.

Emma graduated from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. She is certified as a School Social Worker and is a member of the National Association of Social Work (NASW). In addition to working with clients individually, she has faciliated programs and groups on LGBTQ issues, bullying and social skills. As a parent herself, she knows the many skills needed for child rearing and has worked with parents individually and in groups focusing on strengthening the parenting skills needed for different developmental stages. Emma collaborates with clients to solidify their skills to manage challenges and enjoy life to the fullest.

Our TMS Treatment Team: Jennifer Gambuti 

Jennifer Gambuti is an honors graduate of Mount Saint Mary College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society. She has been certified by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Ethical Performance with Patients in the field of Psychological Research. She completed a counseling internship at The Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie. Jennifer is certified by Neuronetics as a TMS Advanced Therapy technician (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Jennifer is actively pursuing a Masters Degree in Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treatment Providers are highly qualified professionals that have completed Neurostar University coursework, passed a written examination and obtained hands on Neurostar clinical training and certification.  Our providers are compassionate and highly motivated to assist our patients with depression and anxiety towards recovery utilizing this innovative FDA cleared stimulation therapy.
